Returns & Refunds

Changed your mind? You have 30 days from the day of order confirmation to return your items. Returned items must be unworn and in their original condition. We are unable to accept underwear for hygiene reasons, as well as items that have been altered.

Unfortunately, due to the way we manage stock within our warehouse, we are unable to offer exchanges. If you want to exchange for a different size please place a new order.

Please ensure your returned items are

  • Neatly folded
  • Clean and unworn
  • Includes tags and original packaging
  • Securely sealed

We would advise that you keep or take a picture of your return receipt. In the unlikely event that your parcel does not reach our warehouse, this will be the proof required for us investigate accordingly.

Create a UK return

  1. Visit Royal Mail's returns portal page and you will be asked for your order reference and tracking number from the shipment received.
  2. Once you've dropped off your item you should receive a return receipt. Please keep hold of this as it's your proof of return.
  3. It can take up to 10 worknig days for your return to be fully processed so please remember to retain your proof of return until you receive your refund.
  4. You will receive an email confirming your return as soon as it has been processed. 
  5. If you have chosen to use the return shipping label included in your parcel £3.99 will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of this service.

Create an International return

  1. Visit Global-E Returns and enter your order number (as seen on your shipping confirmation email) and the email address used to make the purchase.
  2. Select the item(s) you wish to return and reason for returning.
  3. Select your preferred return method.
  4. Print the return label and affix it securely to the outside of the parcel. Make sure you have a physical copy of the invoice - you'll need to give a copy of this to the courier.
  5. Send your parcel back using the following methods:
    • Drop the return off at your nearest DHL express point
    • Schedule a DHL collection. If an account number is required to arrange a DHL collection, you'll be able to find it on the shipping label.

Please note that the prepaid label price, as well as any taxes and duties incurred, will be deducted from your refund.

We estimate your return to be received and processed by our team within 10 working days.
